According to Spanish media reports, Dembele has told his team-mates that he wants to continue his career at Azul Grana. He is happy to work with trainer Xavi Hernandez and is confident in the club’s new projects.
‘I want to continue at Barca. I am very happy here and I believe in this project. I am also very happy with Xavi (Hernandez),’ Mundo Deportivo was quote as saying by Dembele to his team-mates.
Yet the two parties must sit down and finally hash out an agreement in order to get. What it appears either side wants, after previous attempts failed miserably and saw calls made for Dembele to watch the rest of the season from the stands.
